It starts with the leather.
Our leather bags are made with 100% full-grain leather. The natural grain remains, bringing depth, texture, and individual character to every bag.
Subtle differences in shade and markings are part of real leather. With use and appropriate care, it develops a patina that makes it distinctly yours.

Quality has a job to do.
A bag has to do more than look good in a photograph. It needs to make sense when you are packing for a weekend, carrying your laptop to work, or reaching for the things you use all day.
That is why our collection pairs substantial leather with practical shapes and considered storage. Each product page explains the measurements and details, so you can choose for the way you actually live.
Our responsibility continues after delivery.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not look right, we want to know. Email hi@laylowe.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.
If your bag simply is not the right fit, eligible returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
